life is frustrating
sometimes life is so frustrating.
some weeks the time just goes by zooming fast because the stress of living distracts you from actually living.
sometimes life is so slow that the lull of the day feels like an eternity, until it's not and the weeks past by and you forgot to enjoy the short time you had where life was peaceful and quiet.
but that's what being an adult is. this is what life is. it's about your responsibilities and your dependents and the time you get to spend with them.
i often stop and think about how short life is. how a minute ago i was ten years old wanting the latest pokemon game and being selfish, and that soon i'll be 50, possibly missing my parents, hoping my children call me that day.
as i type that i feel a heart string being pulled, because the knowledge that one day things will be very different and that i will miss certain people that have always been in my life is hard to talk about.
still, i have to realize that this is life, that this is how things are, and that we are made to accept these things with time.
